How do you deliver my water filter system?
Your order is sent by Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery and will require a signature on delivery.
How long will my water filters take to get to me?
We aim to deliver in 2 - 4 working days.
What if my order gets lost or broken in the post?
Your water filters are insured by Royal Mail and we will make a claim
on your behalf if anything gets broken or goes missing.
What if I decide I want to return my purchase?
You can return your purchased goods unopened and the cost of your purchase excluding the p&p will be refunded to you in full.
If the box is opened, we can refund the price of the system minus the filter elements (as we cannot resell opened filter elements to another customer) |
